I am looking for a web-form expert to finish off a web-form for me, which I cannot seem to get working. This should be a 10 minute job for the right person. The form which needs completing can be found at http://www.auto-bf.com/form.html I have auto-bf hosted with Fasthosts UK and have access to my htdocs folder and cgi-bin. I don't mind if you use cgi/asp/php/ihtml etc, and you can use NMS formmail if you prefer.....the main thing is that it works! The form must force the user to complete the "First Name", "Surname", "Email address" (validated) and "Betfair Username" fields. The remaining fields are optional. Upon successfull registration, the completed details/results should be sent to my company email address in a clear and presentable email. The user should then be taken to http://www.auto-bf.com/idevaffiliate/thanks.html You can copy/paste the complete source code from http://www.auto-bf.com/form.html to work with. You must also provide instructions on what files to upload and how (e.g. in ASCII, changing file XYX to chmod 755, etc) For the right candidate this should be extremely quick and simple (10-15 minutes), hence the low bid frame. please visit the webpage with the form to see what I mean.
