Project Description:
I am a web designer - have a few projects on my hand so need to outsource 2 of them.

Both of them are similar - I always have a lot of jobs so would be nice to find someone I can build a relationship of some sort with.

I am located in London, UK - with a lot of travel to Cali just for extra info.

Basically need someone who has a good understanding and knowledge of the main tools in site development.

Normal coding aspects - XHTML/CSS

You should be able to build nice CMS's - for example, know how to use Wordpress or Joomla, break them down and add custom modifications.

Most of my sites have features that requires databases - user registrations, log ins, pcture/video rating features etc

I have got 2 projects right now I need to outsource so would like some quotes - here is the key ingredients for one of them

Here are the specifics -

1. Site will be a blog - people should be able to post comments. All users need to register before posting comments (Just like Kineda.com)

It would be useful if stories could have tags which users can search for

2. A seperate blog - format same as the main blog. This will be an 18+ rated blog and users must be logged in to use/view this section.

3. Users should be able to upload pics/vids - these pics and vid upload can be rated by people - 1 out of 5 stars or something

See: Collegehumor.com

4. A page devoted to the current magazine where they can click through to see varioush highlights of the issue. Need an archive where users can access previous issues.

Something like Travel Thailand have here - http://www.tourismthailand.co.uk/index.php?page=628

There should also be the option to buy the magazine - for people overseas

5. A simple method of signing up to a email newsletter and registering to all content on the site.

Also a contact us type of form in the page.

6. I would also like a forum for users

Ok that is it mainly.

Get in touch - I'm on MSN also

Something also like www.kineda.com
