Project Description:
Looking for a developer that has experience in Face Recoginition algorithms.
We are looking to develop an PHP application that allows users to upload their photo, and the script will compare the person inside the photo's with the photos in our database and find the most similar one, along with a similarity score from 1-100%. The application doesn't have to be written 100% in PHP, you can make use of other languages as long as they run on a Linux server.
We are happy to use any publicly available SDK's / algorithms as long as it achieves the functionality.
There is no need to any graphical design, we just need the working source code.
