We are looking to create a website for personalized online radio very similar to Pandora , last fm and many more.
We are looking for an individual who will build the system from ground up! database, website frontend and backend.
you may use 3rd party services like echonest.com 7digital.net mndigital.com for the music intelligence and playlist creation.
Please provide the following in your PM
1: projected Hello world website date. (first Draft) (time and cost)
2: projected completion data (live to public) (time and cost)
3: Basic structure in your mind to build this site. (if you have worked in similar projects or have a template please post the url)
4: the primary programming language you'll be using
the system needs to be scalable it initially live on our in house server then as necessary move to cloud such as amazon.
this project will likely to turn in to continuous web developer.
