Python task urgent using WFT

I would like your assistance in coding using python (implementing ORG from the GDAL library) and writing the code in an open source program (WFTools), allowing the use to extract subsets from data layers given s defined set of user criteria: - clip layers - project layers - buffer layer (data available with me) The program may run from the command line with passed arguments or interact with the user through prompts.
