39825 Script to access/refresh list

Hello, I have a client who needs a script written in php or perl The script needs to access a list of proxies, and refresh the list every 1-10 minutes. Then the script has to generate a url to access the refreshed list. The generated url must be protected so that I put in the IP that can access it. So only someone from that IP can access the list. Otherwise there is an error message (Sorry Access Denied) The script should allow 2-5 IP's access, by adding the IP or IP's to the script-- Make sense? Thanks, Bob
