I am working on an application for a HR Consulting company which specializes in hiring interns from universities from around the area. I need someone to modify an existing open source system like : -CATS (Applicant Tracking System) http://www.catsone.com/ -Sugar CRM -HR Module -Mamook http://www.mamook.net/mediawiki/index.php/Mamook:About Or suggest something else that is free. The system must be catered for 2 different sets of users, and 1 overall administrator account. 1 set of users is the Interns, They will have the following functions : -Submit details, resume(doc),picture (Registration process) -Modify details -View offers from employers -Login,Change Password. They will be able to log in to modify their details and change user name /password. The other set of users is the Employers, they submit their company details (Registration process, form provided) They will have the following functions : -Login,Change password -View Intern list -Add Intern to shortlist -Select an intern and offer a position at their company. The administrator should be able to view all the interns and all the employers, and delete / modify from the web interface. Restrictions : Employers must not see interns full details (e.g email , name , address) (Just an Intern ID) Interns must not see employer name (Just an employer id) If you have done work with Applicant Tracking systems this will just be some tweaking to the existing source code.
