Project Description:
Vicidial Customization and Rebranding PART 3
Looking for Rebranding Vicidial user interface including all agent screens, admin screens and error codes. All clickable menus has to be redesigned and re interpreted by a menu driven UI with color combination Orange , white and black only ( with different shades of these colors as required)
Additional functions and menu items required are listed below
-Need a menu item called About which displays the following
• Help - Link to user manual pdf
• Software Version and manufacturer details
Need a menu item to do the following
1. Backup database
-Complete backup/* this will take back up of entire database of my product*/
-Scheduled backup/Automatic backup /* this will take the backup automatically in a scheduled time and will overwrite the old backup file in the target folder*/
2. Restore database /*this will restore the DB from the backup file
ChanSpy app : Provide a UI option for the chan spy dial plan for admin users only which will provide the following functionality
• Listen to live voice calls
• Listen and record voice calls

• Abandon Report(The Abandoned Call Report shows the total number of calls that were abandoned (cleared down by the incoming caller) because they would not wait any longer)
• Abandon IVR report(Report of the calls that abandoned by the customers before making any IVR choice)
• SLA Report(Reports based on the rule that we set(SLA) – If the agent puts that call on waiting for scheduled SLA time it will be transferred)
• Multi SLA Report(with more than one SLA)
• Park Report (customer waiting time that made by the agents)
• Digit Report(the digits pressed by customer in IVR session)
• Disposition Report (disposition disposed by agents)
• Pause report(break time taken by agents)

Ideally the whole thing has to be repackaged after rebranding as an iso or as ubuntu installable script + tar balls . In addition to rebranding I also need some additional reports
The whole project is subdivided into three parts
Part 1 Rebranding and addition of menu items for incoporating additional functionality
Part 2: Addition of reports
Part 3: Repackaging of final customised rebranded vicidial as in iso or installer
You have to for part1 and part2 and part 3 separately even though the description is given as same in all the three.
Budget per part is between 250 to 750 USD so a total project cost size is between 750 USD to 2000 USD.
