135219 XmlHttpRequest / screen scrape

There is a web page on an other website. This page has one table in the entire page. There is no head area or title, html head tags etc. The only item on the entire web page is the table with some value in it. What I need is the number value from this page imported into a web page on my server and set inside of a text field or hidden field. Not sure if XmlHttpRequest or a screen scrape script or both in conjunction. I need to extract only the number value that is inside the table. There are two number values. I only need to extract one of the number values. The number is a 6 digit number with a comma and looks something like this 500,000. If possible I just need the value extracted without the comma, but if not then I can use a javascript function of my own to remove the comma once I have the value imported to my web page. What I need from you is a script that will parse this page, extract the number value, import it to a text field on a web page that will reside on my server. Also spoof the header referrer so the other site don't know I'm extracting the value. I don't want the other site to have in their access logs my site being a referrer to that page. Also the number value in the table constantly increases. I'd like the script to be dynamic so that the text field on my web page will dynamically update once every minute or something like that, so the value can be current at all times.
