Project Description:
Greetings.
I need someone to make me a web form. It will extent through few pages. I need in it these elements:
*1 numeric field where user type in number
* button #1 (with image background and text on it )
user enters number and clicks the button. then below appears these:
* some numbers generated from user number (after some simple algebra) with images behind them.
* button #2
user clicks the button. All above disappear and these appear:
* several text input fields
* several numeric input fields
* 3 buttons
user enters info and hits one of the buttons. all info is sent somewhere.
that's about it.
BTW. some of the fields have to be mandatory therefore if user leaves it empty and clicks the button the field has to be highlighted and text appear "please fill field x"
