Project Description:
I need to transfer data from a live website, based on script using perl/cgi to a wordpress (PHP, MySQL).
You need to transfer same categories and sub-categories from the current website, to the new wordpress based website on the new server.
The current website is using standard classifieds script from http://www.activewebsuite.com.
I have a new classifieds theme for wordpress.
The data for the ads are stored in .pl files and each users details are stored in a separate .pl file.
The images for each ad are stored in separate folder.
Here is one record example from data.pl file.

The downtime must be minimal.
Please do not apply if you have not done a similar project already, or you don't have any experience with text files, data transfer and MySQL tables.
