Computer Repair Store Management Software

This project involves intense development for a computer repair/retail store management system. That is, I want one program to do all of the following: - Accounting for business and personal, that competes with Quicken Probooks Primier AND Microsoft Accounting (latest versions) - Point of Sale/inventory software that works with barcode scanners, and competes with Quickbooks POS and Microsoft Dynamics software, latest editions - Mailing list management software that prevents spam - Customer database - Profit calculator based on the markup prices I will give you - Internal web browser and email management software - Small games, like a solitaire - Helpdesk software that competes with popular helpdesk software (this requires research on your part) - A setup program for managing the software (setup within the program), including network access and user management. You will retain full authorship of this program and may include yourself in the Help Menu --> Credits section. I will be granted access, however, to distribute the program, even accepting cash for it, without you obtaining any monies for such distribution. I expect it to have graphical buttons, a menubar, support for skins and at least 2 skins, a skin creation program separate from this program (that uses XML), a toolbar, and whatever else you feel is necessary to make it complete. I expect a very complex but user-friendly program. I expect the program to be built in Visual Basic 2005 and use Microsoft Access database (just one only, unless this can't be done). Each skin should be editable for a certain degree within the program like Windows themes are, and should support these theme files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program needs to run in Windows 2000 and above, will be used on a Windows XP or Vista machine.
