Scenario:
1. Patient visits the hospital with some complaints of Cough and Cold.
2. Patient visits the hospital, for routine Blood check up.
3. Patient visits the hospital, for monthly prescriptions.
4. Patient visits the hospital, a serious illness and is to be admitted.
5. Employee’s relative or friend visits the hospital for emergency treatment.
6. Patient visits the hospital, for getting medical certificate.
7. The Prescription is to be changed.
8. The Prescription is to be returned.
9. The Pathology requisition is to be cancelled.
10. The Checkup details are to be changed.
11. Consent form is to be made for OPD patients for minor surgery like dental surgery.

13. To check on the number of registrations done by the doctor.
