I need someone to change the sign in and registration process of the site asap
Replace the login and signup process with a pop up step by step as outlined below

When you click Join/Register or Login - The details on step one need to show as a pop up with the following questions
Username and Password where you can login
If you are not a member you can click "Join" on the same pop up
It will then open up a new popup with the drop down option of

Aged between [0] and [99]
Date Of Birth - Children - Country of Origin(From a list) - Current location(City) - Smoke – Pet
PS:
While picking a city [AREA] - It is currently UK cities we need to change that – Admin (Myself) need to be able to add cities from the admin end.
Under your picture on your profile, we need to have two small flags next to each others – One for your country of origin – the other for the current location country

The user will have three options
Basic membership -
Premium membership – 10 EUR a month
Free 3 months premium membership if you invite 5 friends to join the site, you will have to invite your friends either using facebook, click on a facebook icon and a list of your friends appears when you can tick who you want to recommend you.
If you go for basic membership – Your registration is complete then and will be assessed and approved by admin
If you go for the premium membership – Your registration will be complete after you pay – No assessment needed
If you go for the free premium membership – You will be taken to a page where you will put name and email addresses next to each others- and your free membership will kick in after the admin access and approve it

PS: I need very very fast turnaround of these project, for the right candidates there is a second phase to the work that will need to be done after these, and they will be mostly cosmetic, we can agree a fee for the next phase after this is completed, I will post it on PPH and we can start that work too.
