Open Cart with Help Desk

I am looking for a shopping cart based system based on Open Cart that will also have a backend help desk system programmed into it as a module. Allowing for products and services to be purchased. This system will be linked to a payment gateway for payment. Everything will be managed by the administrator allowing for tracking, reporting, ticket management, product creation, and everything a help desk and shoping cart system need. We will need detailed reports of services, revenue, status. More detailed information will be provided in the attachment thanks.
