A company owns many Bookstores.
I need you to implement a SQL database and code in PHP
to allow an administrator to manage data in the bookstores:
1. To add/update/remove bookstores.
Setting information like Street Address, Town, Country, Telephone number, Fax, Email etc
2. To add/update/remove Books (Book title, Author, Publisher, Price, ISBN etc)
3. To allow to search for a Book based on any of the above criteria
4. To allow to search the availability of the book (in which bookstore it is avaialable)
5. To allow to enter data like user XXX who is 28 MALE bought this book in that bookstore
We will of course need to put relative lots of data into the DB
like, 3-4 bookstores, 30-40 books, 70-90 transactions.
The reason for that, and that is the last part of this coursework is some (3-5) report generations based
on data mining that will provide smart information like
"60 % of people buying books about wars also buy history books"
We will do this project over 2, maybe 3 weeks.
part i is the database design
part ii will be the php site
part iii will be the data mining part
We will be moving to the next part after i aprove the first part handed in..
