Social Networking Rewiew Site To Be Built

I need a social networking site built from the ground up. I need a site with features similar to hotels dot com. However I don't want a clone, I just use some of the features it offers. The site I am creating is a social networking review site. User should be able to post information, rate items, signup, add photos, register, and log in. Site needs a database with security features installed. Site must be ftp, demonstrated, tested and developer must give warranty on his work. I know a little ambitious, but i need to know that the program/script/software will remain stable and speedy for a community of 100,000 to 500,000 members strong when the time comes. I need a fast, lightweight SN program that can handle a VERY BUSY site with a LARGE member base without melting my severs or pissing off my members. In the long run, i dont plan to run this script in a shared hosting environment. I will rent a dedicated server in the future. You must be willing to design the interface, please send samples of you work, please do not bid unless you have samples to show.... Once the job is accepted, I will email you details of the project.
