I need someone (or a team) to perform a full and thorough testing of a web-based software system (a Custom developed CRM system) and to produce a report on 1) confirmation of features 2) buglist 3) ease of use and how it can be improved You will need to do perhaps about 3 rounds of testing, first round now, and each additional round after the programming team has bug-fixed and addressed most, if not all of the concerns raised in the first round. I expect the testing to take approximately a day or two per round (including documentation). Please provide references of prior testing work done, and any sample reports that you can provide. I expect you to have some basic server scripts installation skills, so that you can test a new/clean version of the system. This system uses PHP and MySQL on Linux/Apache. Basic simple troubleshootig is a bonus. In your bid, please quote a bid amount. (I will not be wasting my time saying I am interested in your company/services, and please can i know your bid amount, so please let me know the amount upfront) Bid comments without bid amount will not be entertained. Full Testing Documents, including 1) Installation report 2) QC Test Setup document 3) QC Test results 4) Report on Features/Specifications being met 5) Bug Report and Bug List (with screenshots, steps to recreate/duplicate bugs) 6) Your thoughts/comments on the ease of use and what can be done to improve the user experience. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
