WEbsite set and download page

This will be a simple project for someone with experience in setting up a one page minisite and integrating a shopping [login to view URL] will need to be your first language. I have written all the copy of a product I would like to market, I simply need someone with more experience and more time than myself to do the following. * Set up my website with a .com name, already chosen <!-- --> * Integrate my paypal address for me <!-- --> * Arrange for a cheap,reliable hosting package <!-- --> * Set up my down load page for me, I have already done this in the form of a CD I have created,now I would like to actually up load that cd to the web,it has a HTM file on it which opens the cd in a web browser, and then clicking on the various contents will allow you to down load it to your desktop. <!-- --> * I would however like to market my product in both a digital download format as well as a physical product, I would also like the webpage to incorporate an email gathering form as "contact me" * I will also need an autoresponder set up so when the person actually buys the product and payment is received they are immediately given a link to go to,to download the manual, and access the webpage with all the resources on it. * I have a paypal account so this can be used for the payment feature <!-- --> * I need to be able to update this myself, I'm not a newbie but neither do I have your level of skill. * All the copy is written,all the graphics are ready to go. * I also need some sort of affilaite tracking progarm and clear easy to understand instructions on how to use it.
