YouTube meets Spotrunner for advertising. We currently have high level business requirements and require: documented architecture, user experience, information design and database architecture, functional requirements and web design and programming. We will look to the bidders to recommend appropriate development tools and programming language. We're building a clean, intuitive and simple to use web platform that encapsulates the idea of UGC-driven sites and service exchange sites together on one web site. This new site will bring together Marketers (small and large companies who spend money on video, print and online advertising) and Content Providers (consumers, independent freelancers and businesses) who are willing to submit a concept idea and/or video, audio, print and online content in exchange for either a set fee or their winning bid. The idea is to have Marketers subscribe to the site and enter a brief project summary describing a project or campaign with an expected remuneration method (fee or winning bid) for services rendered. At that point, an expected project completion date is also provided. Based on the project summaries posted on the site, Content Providers will send their intent to participate via email. Marketers can then determine participants and forward additional information together with access to a detailed creative brief to all participants. Participants will be invited to upload their submission by a specific date. All submissions will be evaluated (and ranked) by registered users and/or Marketers. Emails will be used to drive people to vote for their favorite submission. In parallel, the project fee will be placed “in escroc?? via Paypal or other vendors and released to the winning entry.
