Repost. Now it seems only few errors remain. I attach the error log which sometimes comes up when starting fetching. Even when these errors don't happen, the fetcher retrieves information using a db file, but the fetcher is successful for the first part of db and it fails for the latter part.
The program is written in python and php.

I already have a scraper that fetches data from a database and then generate csv.
All you have to do is to fix it. No need to start from scratch.
Stage 1 : There is a csv file containing the list of entries that the fetch files will use to search the database. This file is made by the user. So you don't have to worry about this stage.
Stage 2: There are batch files. If I click it, it will start to fetch data from an online database. It stores the result in a database file.
Stage 3 : Then if I click another batch file, it will generate csv using the database file.
