Project Description:

I'm looking to build a long term project. The site will be a GAF clone but for a specific market. It will contain job opps in many different areas not just programming. I am not trying to reinvent the wheel. GAF works, I want to clone or immitate it but add graphic designs according to my locale.

Programmer should be fluent in English, not copy and paste resumes (I won't even read them if you do), and have expertise in python or php, mysql and UNIX, linux administration. I'm looking to take bids on the project, and then build the site from ground up, and roll out with fairly large marketing blitz.

The budget for this could go over 1500. I don't want it to be limited by price. I need a fairly sophisticated site, which could interact with local banks, have signups and alerts, etc.

I will have some issues with how the site receives payment which will need to be addressed, because many customers will not have access to things like e-gold, or pay pal. The payment vehicle could actually turn into another project in itself.
