Project Description:
We need a developer with python and php expertise to develop a SOAP server that will support all the APIs mentioned on http://open.didww.com/index.php/DIDWW_API_2.0_Documentation#API_Functions

Deliverable will include tested and function SOAP server that will communicate with Front end Joomla plugin.( http://open.didww.com/index.php/DIDReseller_for_Joomla) . SOAP server written in Python 2.6 must run on CentOS 6 platfrom.
