Small Time/Project Reporting System

Project Description:
We need a small time/project reporting system written in Django / Python. We have two classes of users, Developers and Customers. Customers should be able to view Projects and see Time charged against them by Developers and the comments made for each time entry. The Customer/Project page should total the amount of time spent to date. Developers need to be able to make time entries in the form of date, time started, time ended and a comment, and assign that time block to a project. Default Django user authentication is fine for developers and customers. Projects, Customers and Developers will be added to the database through the use of the default Django administrative interface. A report page will need to list all of the projects and time entries for a customer in the form of an invoice. Settings for hourly rate, customer info (name and address, etc) can be handled in the default administrative interface as well. The default colors and interface provided by Django is sufficient, so almost no UI development is required. However you must write clearly commented Python / Django code for this project to be accepted. We see the following entities in the project: Customer, Developer, Project, TimeEntry We see the following pages: TimeEntry ??" Developer Makes a time entry into the system DeveloperReport ??" Time Entries, with totals, by Developer ProjectReport ??" Time Entries, with Totals, by Project CustomerReport ??" Invoice We see the following relationships: Customer has Many Projects Projects have many Time Entries Time Entries have One Developer We are of course open to modifications and enhancements on this basic plan. Please do not bid if you're not Django / Python experienced.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.


2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
