Hello

Require an upgrade of my Ruby on rails web app to features similar to Chill.com and viddy.com
I want the voting features from Chiil.com to be implemented and i also require the front page layout to be similar to
viddy.com

The concept is to upload files and publish them to the front page for voting based on popularity but users should also be able to
keep files private and store them within their profile. Categories should be IMAGES/MUSIC/Video links.
