Project Description:
Need a freelancer to build a complete website that able the user to add and manage their ip-cameras (survillance), and record it on Amazon S3. The user can record, and play the recorded video on specific date and time.

I do prefer a developer with a previous experience witch video streaming, and ip cameras, because we need, time to time add new camera and resources support.
For this project I´am considering the code and just a funcional interface (text), but all funcional parts of the website (product), like user sign-in, plans selection and limitations, payment interface (paypal), the record/play function, at least three ip-camera modesl support.
The developer must be able to go foward with this project after adding features like:
-Motion detection
- New camera support
Ps. General proposals ll be descarted, please tell me your experience, how and when this project can be done and finished.
Ps2. We do prefer Ruby on Rails developers, but PHP are welcome.
