Hello,
I need someone to create the front and back-end of an Educational website (Media Home Study Course)
The interface should be the same as this one:

Clear specifications will be given to the selected programmer, but you can expect all obvious components to be there (sign up, payment, password retrieval, admin contact, members contact, etc ). [PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL SIMPLY INTEGRATE YOUR PLATFORM WITH PRE-EXISTING SCRIPTS AND PLUGINS, SO YOU WON'T HAVE TO CODE ANY OF THE THINGS I JUST LISTED]
You can use any architecture/framework you want.
You can use any existing platform and alter it.
You can combine multiple existing platforms.
You can build this as a Wordpress plugin. You can build it from scratch or you can use an existing plugin and expand on it.
It doesn't matter how you achieve the result, as long as the final product is the same as the one shown in the video.
What matters is to KEEP COST DOWN and to allow for expansion (so a Wordpress plugin, or the Twitter Bootstrap framework would be ideal).
I will provide the content for the website. Your job is to only create the platform.
As you can see in the video (from 0:20) each "Chapter" is made up of several modules, and in each module there can be any number of audio/video elements, that are played in the player above each section. This is the main focus on the platform!
The back-end should allow admin to easily and quickly create new chapters, and within chapters create modules, and within each module, add content.
To make things easier for me, this platform should be connected to membership management platform like WP-Membership http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/

To ensure you are awarded this project, please keep your bid below $500, considering that you can use any pre-made, or open-source code to create this platform and that there is no tight deadline.
In your cover letter make sure to include at least ONE demo platform that you have built that has back and front-end.
Also include your time estimate for this project.
If you prefer an hourly rate (to boost your "worked hours" on Freelancer), I am happy to do that, and will pay you your Fixed Price bid by the hour instead.
