Upgrade an existing Ruby on Rails Project from Rails 2 to Rails 3

Project Description:
I have a runnung software with data base in Ruby on Rails 2 and want to upgrade it on Rails 3.

Here are some specs:

Ruby 1.8.7
Rails 2.3.10
postgres 9.1
Ubuntu 10.04

Here are some facts:

When this is done properly, I have a lot more work to do.

Like adding new functions (LogIn with Facebook for example) and editing existing ones. Furthermore I need a webmaster to keep care of the software and the server.

This project itself ONLY refers to the upgrade of the Software from Rails 2 to Rails 3. But if this is done well, we have much more work to do.
