We are searching for a high experienced seo-Expert to do the onpage optimization and the offpage optimization for our german HVAC Webshop, as well as generall consulting. Our target is to get us sustainable to the TOP 5 of Google and Bing (germany) Search results with different keywords. Target no. of visitors is 10,000 - 15,000 visitors / month. Actual visitors are 2500 /month, PR is 1.

Onpage seo
Several things have allready been done to improve the technical structure of our page for google. Anyway, the following jobs still have to be done:
- own analysis including suggestions for further improvement of the structure, including implementation of those suggestions in order to reach the stated goals
- remove all parts of "spaghetti code" from the core code
- remove all CSS and XHTML errors (actually 14 / 25)
- improve the position of the content
- improve the percentage of content in the total code by shortening the code where possible
- improve the page loading speed (implement suggestions of Google WMT)
- increase the size of the characters on the page by one or two sizes and make all necessary correctures on the design
- implement title tags for all links
Offpage optimization
PR 1 is much too low, but we need the linkbuilding to look naturally as we dont want to be punished by Google for building backlinks too fast. So we want in total 300 backlinks steady set in a period of 5 months. (Small amount of links set at the beginning, afterwards rise)
Requirements:
- german language AND .de TLD !!!ONLY!!!
- Links must be on established and static pages
- On pages indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and MSN Search (cache must not be more than 1 month old.)
- The page where link is placed should be 2 clicks or less from the site's homepage
-No more than 20 links on the page where link is placed
-All links must be permanent crawlable links in HTML: they cannot include a nofollow tag, be excluded by a robots.txt file or hidden in javascript, meta or redirect scripts
- Only on categories related with Heating, Ventilating, Energy, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Car Repairing, Cooling, Engineering or other theme-related pages.
- One link per domain (different C class IPs)
- Permanent links only
- No link exchange programs or web rings
- links cannot be from porn, casino, blacklisted websites or submitted to search engines
- No paid site links
- No link schemes or link farms or FFAs
- links cannot be placed on flash sites, article websites, guest books, directories, social bookmarks or classified ads
- No links to be made using spam or black/gray tactics
- Blog linking in related topical bogs is acceptable. The blog must have at least one unpaid link for every paid link and meets all other requirements
- No blackhat seo
- No search spam
- No guest books
- No farma spammed directories
- NO ADULT WEBSITES
- Use a mixture of page types: Forums, Blogs, Directories, etc. NOT Only one type and only theme related pages.
