What I need done:
I need a real-estate-price-analytics website. It should contain table and graphics of real estate prices, averages, indexes etc (time series data). Something like google analytics, but much simplier and for real estate prices.
Provider will build:
- Php/Mysql site containg dynamic data and graphic analytics (using http://www.web-site-scripts.com/flash-charts/chart-gallery.html for graphics). Site is in English or Croatian but must be easily translatable into other languages.
- well indexed/optimized mysql database which can process time series data of a lot of real estate price averages very fast (like google analytics)
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
In terms of style, I want a very fast but good looking site (mix) that will appeal to my clients who will come to site just to browse data.It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a "cijene", "cijena", "nekretnine", "nekretnina", (meaning real estate prices in Croatian).
Specific expertise that I am seeking:
- SEO, CSS and intuitive programming
- Analytical skills needed to prepare quality charts
Provider will be given dynamic database containing following information:
- 30.000 listing containg listing-type, property-size, price, region, city, city area (updated on a daily basis for time series data)
- 9000 city areas with city, region
- list of lysting-types
Expectations from provider
- bottom up fast, searchable and scalable database
- creativity in analysing and creating all possible charts, tables for timeseries data.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
Source code included. OOP is not a must.
