PROJECT: To build a website featuring LEARNING COURSES in Spain/Spanish. The website will have to be designed to get the most part of its traffic/internet users from Google searches. The language (spanish) it's not a problem, the content will be copy/pasted from existing websites. MAIN REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROJECT: It is mandatory for the company/individual that will be developing the project to have a clear expertise in SEO, providing some examples of previously developed projects. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: 1. Build a website with learning courses in Spain/Spanish. 2. The content (courses) will be taken from 2 main websites: 2.1. The “mother” website will be http://www.formacionuniversitaria.com. Currently this website holds 313 courses in 33 groups or categories…for example: “Estudios Reglados”/ 4 courses, “Nueva FP”/ 37 courses, “Carnets Profesionales”/6 courses, “Sanidad”/26 courses, etc. 2.1.1. This website will be the “guide” to take the Categories in which the courses are included and also the guide to have a map of all the available courses (313 nowadays, but it could change every time that new courses are developed). 2.1.2. Part of the content of this webpage will also be included in the project (it will be detailed to the company/individual winning the project). 2.2. The second website to take the content will be http://www.emagister.com. The courses are sometimes better described in this second website than in the “mother” website, although they are the same courses: for example, take a look to the “TEMARIO” of several courses in [login to view URL] and compare it to the content appearing in formacionuniversitaria.com. 2.2.1. Take into account that several courses are in [login to view URL] (313 courses) and they are not in [login to view URL] (292 courses) , as you could check in ([login to view URL];frmIdCentro=50984040030550706555705770674554&ignorarCustomFilter=1) 3. The structure of the webpage of the project: you will not have to “invent” anything, the layout of the webpage of the project will have to be quite equal to several Spanish pages publishing courses, for example take a look to: 3.1. [login to view URL] very good structure to rank high in Google, but banned sometime ago for black hack SEO practices. 3.2. [login to view URL] it’s the “mother” of [login to view URL], but somewhat complex and not so good for Google searches as [login to view URL] (when it was not banned). [login to view URL] is the leading company in Spain in this sector. 3.3. [login to view URL], the second portal company in Spain, from my point of view the design is not so cool as the previous ones. 3.4. [login to view URL], another competitor, not very powerful. 3.5. [login to view URL], very powerful competitor, leader for a kind of courses called “Oposiciones” (this is a course that prepares people to enter the public workforce). Very well ranked in Google for the keyword “oposiciones”. 3.6. [login to view URL], another example. 3.7. To find competitors publishing “courses”, type searches like “curso de XXX” in Google and you will find a lot of portals and learning centers offering their courses… example “Curso de Marketing” 3.8. The final layout of the “course page” will be detailed to the company/individual winning the project. 3.9. Please, identify the most important keywords and phrases ruling this market… (“cursos de…”, “curso de…”, etc) and how these competitors prepare their pages (url construction, meta tags, keyword density, internal and external linking, etc…) to grab its share of Google searches. 4. Functionalities of the project: see some of the above webpages as examples to understand the main functionalities of the project… 4.1. Show the Categories/courses as stated above. 4.2. The target of the webpage is to generate leads from users looking for more information (standar lead: name/”nombre”, surname/”apellidos”, email, phone/”teléfono”, Country/”País”, State/”Provincia”, Comments/”Comentarios”). 4.2.1. The generated leads will be stored in a database. 4.2.2. Daily, it will be generated an excel file with all the information of the leads+(day/hour/minute) in which the lead was generated and this file will be emailed to a specified email. 4.2.3. Daily, it will also be generated an excel file with all the information of the leads+(day/hour/minute) of all the accumulated leads, and this file will be emailed to a specified email. 4.3. At the beginning, the webpage will only feature the 313 courses of [login to view URL], and will generate the standard lead stated above, but in the future it will include more learning centers with different lead structures including more information. 4.3.1. This feature is part of the project, but it is not needed to launch the first version of the project. 4.4. The project will have to include a non-public part in which I could include the new courses when they will be released. This means building a private part with username/password that will allow me to change the content of any of the 313 published courses or introduce new courses once they are available. The changes or the new courses introduced by me will have to be published automatically to the webpage of the project, without technical help. 4.4.1. This feature is part of the project, but it is not needed to launch the first version of the project. 4.5. The project should include a webpage detailing the characteristics of the learning center, take a look to: [login to view URL] 4.6. The project should include a “search box” (could be a Google internal search) to search within the content of the page. 4.7. The project should include the implementation of Google Analytics and Google Adsense (when the adsense id will be available). 4.8. The company/individual building the Project will have to advice us on signing a good hosting provider and a hosting plan to host the Project. 4.9. The technical platform used to build the website will be an standard and free platform (PHP, MySQL, etc…). We will receive technical advise from other programmers once the website will be online to assure this and to assure that any other programmer would be able to maintain the project in the future. 4.10 All user interfaces and Web-enabled applications will be fully compatible with all of the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later; Firefox version 2 or later; Safari version 2 or later; Opera version 8 or later and Chrome version 3 or later. 5. Payment structure: the Project will be paid in two parts. 5.1. The first part will be paid when the website will be accepted and online. You will have to submit your offers regarding this part of the project. 5.2. The second part will be a monthly payment to develop the OFFPAGE SEO work. The payment of this part will be done monthly, at the end of the month after the service provider have sent to me a detailed report of the job done during the month. 6. The monthly economic offer for the SEO work 6.1.4.
