Requirements
I need a secure tour booking web application must be developed using Drupal CMS. The system must meet the following minimum requirements:
Admin area should include but not limited to:
• Add/edit/delete Tour packages, Accommodation packages, Accommodation options, Add-ons
• All the forms should be extendable including the front-page forms, booking form, etc.
• View all the tour bookings in the admin area
• Able to download all the booking form submissions in a CSV file
• Editable email templates of booking confirmation
• Able to re-send the confirmation email to the user with a different email ID
• Credit card information must be stored and handled in a secure manner
• Tour packages uploading with a CSV file - the system must be able to accept a CSV file to maintain all the tour information on the website including but not limited to the price, title, description, images, brochures, etc. The sample CSV files is also provided.
• Application Errors, Exceptions, Warnings must be caught, logged and handled appropriately
• Installation / backup / restoration of the application on the server must be as easy as possible
• Date and Time stamp of every activity within the system
• Generate SEO friendly URLs throughout the site
• All the custom codes must be well documented as to which classes and functions does what inside the application
Client area should include but not limited to:
• Wireframes of most of the client areas will be provided in the form of PSD files and most of the fields are self-explanatory( after selecting the programmer we will give the psd files)
• Multiple browser compatibility including IE 6
• Breadcrumbs must be used appropriately
• Generic booking form will handle all the tour booking with dynamic prices using AJAX
• Booking confirmation emails should be sent to the admin as well as to the user
Documentation
Documentation of every code shall be maintained to the highest standards.

and if you have some ready made script drupal we can buy that as well so please show me demo
please provide reasonable cost as well i am looking for some one or some company for long term relation ship the success full programmer will get the maintenance contract as well
i need the alph version of the website in ten days time.
If you could suggest me any other open source cms i am open to your suggestion
