Project Description:
We would need help to configure a VOIP system based on Freeswitch or similar that offers the following features
Work is for a web based telephony application that requires also user panels. We supply all panels design, dedicated server, Db already mapped, and started work in IVR on freeswich. We can split work between telephony and PHP panels under supervision or we can use existing admin panels
Do not bid if not truly experienced in web based telephony applications and freeswitch. references required.

USER PANEL (PHP)
Login
Select "active" locations in list
Select departments in list
=> User is affected an extension (say 123)
Can view voice mails
manage callers info
Can see voice mail transcripts (by agent) and recordings
Can chat
Billing

PHONE PROCESS (VOIP FREESWITCH)
When caller calls local phone DID
IVR asks for user extension (in local language)
IVR asks for departments as set by user
IVR adds user name in TTS
upon IVR selection, call redirected to user voicemail
or to agent (if available) for the location or language
or to user's specified SIP or Skype
all calls recorded

AGENT PANEL
SIP softphone
automatic opening panel to enter call details
transcript voice call to text
se tasks asked by user

ADMIN PANEL
Manage DIDs (local numbers)
IVRs for languages (different IVR for each location)
manage rates for tasks and agent work (xx per call, transcript etc.)
Billing from agents and to users
Manage agents access rights
