206248 Modeling Agency Script

Looking for *already completed* script to run a small modeling agency. Need ability for models to submit photos and basic information. Need ability for website visitors to search and look at models and then submit form with Captcha) for more information. Also need ability for administrator to create simple information pages through admin panel. Lastly, need ability for all menu items to be translated into spanish by the admin or instructions on how I can do it file by file. This is not a development project. I am looking only for scripts that are already completed. Please put link to your completed script in PMB. Need installed on my server and working without problems by March 14th. Price isn't everything, but low budget here. So, price will be the major factor.
