Oscommerce - Add field in shipping process + Order emails

Project Description:
We need to add a required field (Phone number) in the shipping process so that customers that did not give their phone number during the account creation process are forced to give it when they order (for delivery companies)

1) Add the field in this page : http://www.ayurveda-a-la-source.com/portail/checkout_shipping.php

2) Update the account of the customer with his/her phone number

3) send the email order with the phone number.
