Affiliate Programm for shopping website

Dear Freelancer,

I need an affiliate script that allows me to manage my own affiliate system for a webshop.

PLEASE READ THESE REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY! I WILL NOT REPLY OTHERWISE.

The script should be based on an existing open-source-affiliate system of your choice and be modified to guarantee at least these following requirements:

The system should include the following features:

- Affiliate Partners can signup for participating in the program via online form
- These Partners/Users can be managed via an admin panel
- Partners need approval by admin before they can use the system
- Partners add contact details as well as a paypal-payment email (other payment options are a plus)
- Partners receive a unique tracking url which is based on the webshop url i.e. www.webshop.com/home.php?affcode=ABCDEF
- Traffic from partners is tracked using a cookie and landing-page-pixel
- the tracking pixel receives the shopping cart total as basis for affiliate commission
- different commission percentages can be entered for individual affiliate partners
- each commission transaction has to be manually approved by the admin
- commission is automatically payed out to affiliate parter by the system (paypal integration/ and other payment methods)
- statistics include unique visitors and purchases (amount and value) and can be viewed via Partner and Admin panel in a graph
- all transactions can be viewed by respective Partner and Admin
- advertising tools can be uploaded via admin panel and include: text links, banners of different size, coupon codes
- a newsletter can be sent to all registered affiliates using the admin panel
- the whole system can be easily integrated into my existing webshop which is based on "x-cart"
- the Partner and Admin panel should look very clean and integrate seamlessly into the existing layout of my site.
- the system should not be too complicated / extensive. (partner-network management, multi-site features etc.) Just one website and one affiliate program.

You need to be fluent english speaking and available for Skype communication and of course a skilled and professional programmer. Follow up projects are very likely, if i am happy with the result of this project.

Please bid for this job by specifying which open-source program you would like to use and why you would choose it. I am paying for installation, modification and integration of this open source script.
