What we need is:
Ability for us to craft (and easily modify/update as time passes) repair forms to be hosted on our website server – we already have a PHP, my SQL etc… ready website to handle whatever software exists or is created.
This form would allow our customers to enter their information easily, and provide automated follow-ups.
This way links can be placed on our website, or our wholesale accounts can post these links on their websites , or Email them at will for their customers.
This software would allow us to:
1) Create the repair form easily (as a PDF or word DOC or the like) that
they, the customer, (or us if they call us) can fill out "ONLINE". We need at LEAST two forms that will differ, as we currently work on at least two types of products.
2) Automatic incrementing of repair number "RA #" each time any form is used
3) Email notification to us each time a form is filled out and SENT to us so
we can view and print it. It would be directed to one or more of our Email accounts, and the customers as well !!
4) Access by us at any time by searching name or RA number
5) Access by our customer for updates (They would be sent an EMAIL with a link for their repair and by using their repair number or password – BY THEIR CHOICE, they could access their repair form so they can check our updates to that form and progress at any time.
6) The customer would be automatically notified every time WE update the form with any change on the “progress” section” of their form.
7) An automatic Email request to pay us (PAYPAL or credit card, money order or call us) once we change the form to indicate completion of repair and cost.
8) Automatic notification to a different specific Email account when any repair is paid by PAYPAL or if WE mark the form paid.
