Deploy Ruby On Rails Server and Script

I have a FileHost script that is built on Ruby on Rails. I need it deployed on a server by someone who knows what they are doing. Ideally if you have coding skills there could be an ongoing job for adding new features etc but can talk about that once it is set up. It was coded a little while ago now and the instructions given were as follows:
1. Install ruby 1.8.7 and rails version 2.3.8
2. Create mysql db and enter DB credentials into /config/[url removed, login to view] file in production section
3. rake gems:install
4. sudo gem install rubyzip
5. rake db:migrate
6. IMPORT attached DB file
7. rake db:seed_fu
8. install and setup passenger
9. install xsendfile apache mod
