Design MySQL Database Structure + php test page

Dear Coders,

I'm looking to develop a website and I need help getting started. The website lists golf course prices according to the date and time range the user selects. Golf course prices are quite complicated as they have different rates for different times and days.

For this project, I'm looking for an expert in MySQL databases and php, that will design an efficient MySQL database structure to store price data like these. Please keep in mind that the final database may be over 20,000 golf courses.

The next part of this project is to create a php test page. The user will select a date and inputs a time range (start and end), the output should be the prices within the time range for all of the 3 example courses.

Example:

User inputs Oct 20, 2010 (Wednesday) and 11:20am to 3:20pm

PHP Script outputs (according to example above)...

Course #1
11:20am to 1:26pm = $39
1:27pm to 3:14pm = $29
3:15pm to 3:20pm = $19

Course #2
11:20am to 1:30pm = $33
1:31pm to 2:30pm = $28
2:31pm to 3:20pm = $23

Course #3
11:20am to 3:20pm = $40

I'm looking to select a coder for this project within the first 4 hours, so please be ready to start working right away as the deadline for the completion of this project is 48 hours.
