Develop Wordpress Plugin

Project Description:
I need programmer to build me a wordpress plugin. The plugin allow administrator to get their wordpress post into a video version. For Example, in a wordpress site, the administrator is writing article about "How To Train Your Dog". The administrator can convert the articles into video with click on "convert to video" option within the plugin option at the below of post editor on wordpress. The administrator can decide what format the video will be and what the resolution will be, and the soundtrack used for background. After pressing the publish button on wordpress , video will automatically created and placed within specified folder and the list of download link for the video is available within the plugin dashboard. This should be easy plugin to develop Contract Terms : I would like to have complete it within one week, Here are the term of the project - Payment Term are100% successful delivery of a tested and approved fully operational product - Any Scope Change will be negotiated with the vendor before performed. - Vendor will be give status update every 2 business days. The status update is to include a list what completed to date, identify any roadblock, and provide an estimate delivery date ( If different than the contract delivery date)
