-Portfolio of past sample work

What I need you to do
Upload the purchased template to my 1and1 FTP server
Edit the template by inputting all the text provided in the desired spaces
Develop a sign up page (collect several pieces of client data such as name, contact, company, email, phone, industry, products they are seeking, etc). The slider, would need to be animated as shown on the template switching the stock text and pictures for those which I provide. Some design work maybe involved.
All if not most content required should be provided. Logo will be provided, please flow colour scheme to complement logo colours.
I need somebody who is available to complete this within 24-36 hours from the moment I award them the project. I will do my utmost to provide detailed and simplified instructions. Also, I would like to know how to edit the text fields myself.
