I need to implement/integrate a ‘Free SMS Gateway’ here in the UK to my web application forms.
I would like my customers to receive a ‘text/sms’ message sent to their mobile phone once they submit a web ‘Application Form’ from-

The method of sending this ‘text/sms’ message could also make use of any free ‘Email to SMS’ gateways.
I do know that the website http://www.cbfsms.com/ offers a free sms service to UK users of its website.
And finally, I also need to have the ability to periodically change the message being sent to customers.
