I am in need of some one to install TBDEV a PHP based peer to peer software on my windows web hosting plan.
Requirements: 'A 64bit or higher OS + Processor is required'.
Note~
Includes: Database ~ svn
I noticed that:
1.Needs memcached installed
2.Uses Smarty
3.OOP Based.
You will be given the files.

it is recommended to use the nginx web server for hosting this software.

edit: i don't think it will work on a windows server, you can try on linux (your own local host) then get back to me.
