Need help with installation of script, website PHP, MySQL

Project Description:
I need you to walk me through installation of script.
All files are uploaded to root directory.
database created
I will provide you with the short instruction got from script provider.

Step by Step installation Guide

1. Download and unzip Titan Classifieds files.

2. Download the key file.

3. Upload Titan Classifieds files in the desired location on your web server:
If you want to integrate Titan Classifieds into the root of your domain (e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com), upload all the content of the unzipped Titan Classifieds directory (but excluding the directory itself) into the root directory of your web server.

If you want to have your Titan Classifieds installation in its own subdirectory on your web site (e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/subfolder), upload the content in the subdirectory of your choice.

4. Upload the key file.
The key file (key.php) must be placed at the same level as the Titan Classifieds files.

5. Go to your Cpanel (www.yourdomain.com/cpanel) and follow the instructions below:
- create a new email address and update email settings in the following files:
File 1: protected/config/console.php
File 2: protected/config/main.php

Lines to update:
'host'=>'XXXXXXXXX',
'username'=>'XXX@XXXXXX',
'password'=>'XXXXX',
'port'=>XX, --------------------this is done, file updated and uploaded---------------------
// 'encryption'=>'ssl',

- create a new database and give all the privileges to the user. -----------------done---------------

- add the following cronjob command:
/usr/bin/php /home/domain>/public_html/protected/yiic.php Expiration --------need help from here on------------- my host is 1and1.com
(the path may be different depending on your server)

6. Run the installation wizard in your favorite web browser and follow the instructions.
You can either run:
http://www.yourdomain.com if you install Titan Classifieds on a domain.
http://www.yourdomain.com/subfolder if you install Titan Classifieds in a sub-folder.
http://subdomain.domain.com if you install Titan Classifieds on a sub-domain.

Note that the site will automatically run the installer the first time. If you want to run the installer again, add /install to the above url.

That's it! Titan Classifieds should now be installed.
