I need help setting up the payment and ordering processing features for opencart. This is a small job, everything else is setup already, I just need to make the following work.
What i need
1) customer choose PRODUCTS on website
2) Order is submitted at CHECKOUT without payment.
3) Admin will manually calculate shipping cost and add delivery cost to order
4) Admin send Email with INVOICE to the customer with Paypal PAY button (similar to paypal email request payment) FROM Opencart.
5) Customer check email and pay with Paypal.
I have installed an extension to opencart which allows me to edit order costs within order screen. But i do not know how to setup step 4.
At the moment, when users submit their order they are immediately sent out an email with their invoice. I want the invoice to be sent out only after i have made changes to delivery costs.

So i know you are able to do it, can you please also provide me with a general strategy of how you can make this work.
