*** I don’t want a script where all the code is on one single page. Also I need it built so I can add more HTML pages and further scripting. The first objective is to create member's area. This will consist of having a sign-up form for member's personal data, plus insert of username and password all to be store onto MySQL database.
Member's Must be able to:
- Edit and Modify All personal data and username and password
- Will need a login form
- Will need a forgot username and password application
- Upload and Download files
- Capable of inserting details and being able to recall it [Will be further explained later]
Admin Must be able to:
- View and modify member’s information
- Create Email Templates for different executions such as sign up welcome message, data inserted messages, profile updated, etc. [unlimited]
- Search for Member capability using; username, email address, first or last name
- Admin is emailed automatically every time a new member joins or cancels.
- Able to email all members or specified which type to email. Able to display their name [[Firstname]] and any other field in the message.
- Add new members manually if needed.
- Delete members capability
- *Have multiple member types*: A, B, C, D, E
- All Members and Admin must have a loan calculator script in specified fields to create and view loan scenarios.
Below will be the different functionalities of each different member
Member Type A Executions: [Paid Member]
- Log and Record Data
- Access to All of member type B executions
- Download specified Forms set by Admin
- Loan Calculator displaying different scenarios.
- Email Clients
- Report Chart
Member type B: [This member type is equivalent to a free member]
- Log and Record Data [Email Message Sent Detailing Inserted Data]
- Each File submitted will create a case number
- Data inserted will need to state different staging such as: Filed - Being Reviewed - More Info - Approve/Declined
- Only Admin will be able to change the status of the file and insert data into a specified field
- At status “more info” member will receive an email message to update file and resubmit
- There will need to be a message/chat box specified only between the specific member and admin
- But Also Member will need three resubmit options if file is Approve/Declined; they will be called: Re-Quote Offer – Accept Offer – Decline Offer
- If called to “Re-Quote” member will have to resubmit file with more details and I will show you what fields is then to be added for member to fill out.
- Also if called to “Accept Offer” member will have to resubmit file with more details and I will show you what fields is then to be added for member to fill out.
- If called “Decline Offer” this specific file will show date and time, offer submitted from Admin, and at any time later member can go back and click accept offer or re-quote
Member type C: [This member type is equivalent to paid member, and also as a broker for deals]
- Will have all member type B executions
- Have capability to submit 3 files at one time each creating their own case number
- Create a client log and can specify each one to a particular case (optional), and email clients
- Search for leads by simple scrolling down on specified fields
Member Type D:
- Receives specified data set by Admin from each case inserted from member type A, B, C, E sent by email and asked to click on link to respond to file.
- Reviews data and has option to submit an offer or click on not interested
- Only Admin will receive confirmation/messages directly from Member type D
Member Type E
- Access To All A, B, C executions
- A lot my functions will need be added to this member type at a later time, but for now just being able to process all member type execution.
