OpenCart auto import database from xml feed, scheduled.

For a webshop based on Opencart i need a script that every hour, at :50, opens a XML (or CSV) feed from my supplier, convert it into readable data for OpenCart.

in this feed there are products with options (s/m/l/xl), witch need to be in the webshop correctly.
These producs all have the same product_id, but a different subproduct_id. The options are all listed in the feed, under the column Size.
After that all products need to be cleaned out of the database, and the newly generated content from the XML (or CSV) feed needs to be imported.
Also the script needs to automatically download product pictures for new products from an url:
http://graphics.edc-internet.nl/450/<artikelnummer>.jpg, and write them to the server like this : /images/data/<artikelnummer>.jpg
Maybe a little help with installation on the server will be much appreciated.
