Simple webshop cms

I need simple online webshop but WITHOUT checkout and payments. Just like catalogue of products with option to order. Important: I do just need programming, not website design. The point is for me to be able to use that on various websites and to customize that myself. I do know html/css and will do the design add pages. What I need is simple cms easy to install for me. Structure: -------------- Header + Left navigation + Content + Footer In header top part and horizontal navigation with options to add pages thru CMS. In left part I need just catalogue of products + custom module which I will code myself In Content part I need to be catalogue of products or content pages I will do the footer myself, just need it included Catalogue of products: Need to be organized in categories and subcategories. Somewhere there will not be subcategories. Product page: Organized form with fields like: Name of product, category, sizes, color... and important, description. SEO: Keyowrds urls should be seo friendly. Product names should be as H1 headings. Option to manualy choose meta title, keywords, and description. So, this is simple job. You will do just simple design to see how that looks but the job is pretty easy if you did something like this.
