Hi.

I have a copy of vbulletin 3.8.4 and need the following to be done:

1. Create a custom vbulletin theme and logo for my site (poker based theme)
2. Install the vbulletin script and theme onto my domain
3. Perform basic SEO on the forum (meta tags etc)
