I am looking for a script similar to yell.com / yellow pages

This must be a script that already exists, I'm not asking you to build a whole new website for me.

Must be customisable and easy to use. Must be in multilanguage. I will be doing 2 websites with the script. One in spanish exclusively for Puerto Rico. A second one for the rest of the world. But the first one is in spanish.

This is not just a directory site, it should also allow members to build their own micro-sites as part of my site. So the main site would be www.sitenamehere.com, a company called 'ABC Cars' want a directory listing and they'll have a choice of a free listing, a sponsored listing (appears first in the list, and as an advertisement on other pages, or a micro-site. This will allow them to have the website www.sitenamehere.com/ABCCars. This micro site would be basic, created by completing some forms for information and selecting which pages they want their site to have.

The website must be able to pay by paypal, allow to give paying member status to anyone I want from the admin panel. There should be an admin panel to administer everything.

I'm looking for a fairly quick turnaround on this project, and with a script that already exists.

I thank all that have bid, but everyone has gone over my budget which was indicated.

I have to adapt then. I am considering using phpwebsite. I already started, www.midirectoriopr.info and buy PHPONLY which costs only $80.

To PHPWEBSITE you can add modules. PHPONLY is not a phpwebsite module, but a stand alone script. in order to make it as a module of phpwebsite, the vendor of phponly emailed me and told me that some programming would be needed to do that.

Now then I am turning this project to the following.

NEW PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

Make necessary changes to the script of PHPONLY as to make it a module of phpwebsite. Install it, test it, and assign to it home page status.

Also to install about 10 different phpwebsite modules that I already have, test and make sure they work fine.
